Stella Ivory Return & Refund Policy

At Stella Ivory, we take pride in offering high-quality, elegant accessories designed to enhance your style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of any damage and include all original tags.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom & Personalized Items – Due to the made-to-order nature of custom pieces, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on these items.
  • Final Sale Items – Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
  • Earrings – For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Refund Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at support@stellaivory.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or provide a refund if necessary.
